Guest Rooms in the Ranch House

Rolyn Hills B&B offers 3 rooms on the lower level of their ranch house.  Two of the rooms have a cozy double bed and one room has a comfortable queen bed.  The main sitting area also has 2 couches that can be made into pull outs for an extra person(s) in your group.

There is a televsion and VCR;  a pool table will keep you entertained for a spell, or if you wish, there is a piano and organ for you to entertain others with a few selections.  For a time of peace and quiet, there are a selection of books to choose from as you relax in your home away from home.  Help yourself to a cup of coffee or tea as you unwind.

A discussion concerning your breakfast time and menu will occur upon your arrival.  We will do our best  to cater to  your special diets.  Otherwise, we will serve a wholesome, appetizing breakfast in the main kitchen of the ranch house. You can visit with your hosts, or other guests, as we serve up our own brand of good old western hospitality.
